Team Organizer Application

As a Team Organizer, you will work alongside a Lead Organizer to declutter, sort, organize, and create functional systems in our clients' homes.

Our work is hands-on and physical. You should be comfortable lifting up to 25 pounds and with bending, squatting, reaching, walking, and standing for extended periods of time.

You’ll also be working inside clients’ homes, often around personal belongings and sometimes during stressful or emotional moments. We’re looking for someone who is kind, respectful, trustworthy, discreet, dependable, and professional.

You don't need to be a professional organizer to apply, although experience is a plus. What matters most is that you are hardworking, organized, coachable, reliable, and genuinely enjoy helping people.
